Seeing Sanjay's Love for Juel

We met Sanjay, Juel, and Luke at Donut Deli. We were sitting right next to them and could not help but notice what a great couple and family they were. We instantly wanted to be their friends. While it was totally random, we suggested hanging out with them and we exchanged phone numbers. (Side note: we have never asked to hang out with another couple after meeting one time and especially for such a brief period! There truly is something about Juel and Sanjay that's so unique).

We had them over to our house for dinner a short while later and had such a great time. We felt like we'd known them for years! My highlight of the night was when Sanjay explained how he and Juel met on an airplane and how that morphed into a long distance relationship before Sanjay moved to Utah. The sweetest love story I've ever heard!

My favorite part was seeking the way Sanjay looked at Juel when she filled in parts of the story. Wow, if there was ever a look of endearment and love, it was that look! I am and was so inspired by their love and mutual respect for one another.

The only solace all this brings is knowing Sanjay can now constantly watch out for Juel and Luke and pull some serious strings in heaven.
