A Cold Day in Montreal

Several years ago, Sanjay was joining the Canadian Team in Montreal, Quebec. Sanjay had been building some amazing stories for the energy vertical and we were excited to have him present to Hydro Quebec. Saying it was a tough room was an understatement. Well, tough for most people. Sanjay was "on" that day, and came through with his typical grace and polish.

Tougher than the room, however, was a February day in Montreal...that day was at least -20C. Sanjay's cold-weather gear? Just a wool cap. We were all bundled up in our coats, gloves, hats... but Sanjay, fresh in from California had only a hat. Not a complaint...just his big smile and some comments about being a bit cool out.

100% Sanjay, right? I'll never forget that day.
